@cheth no it will not effect google search traffic bcz you talking about to get indexed the keywords in comments the readers post.When you open post page in blogger comments are always there at bottom so gogle still index those keywords.Just we are talking to remove duplicate urls.Think you have 50 comments and now you have 50 diff links on page and when u will open all 50 content is same.How much duplicate url made.Its great loss to seo.
