The Blogger icon looks ugly when it's resized from 16px to 35px. Here's my solution:

1. Get your own icon, resized it to 35px/35px and upload it to your server.

2. Add this lines to your CSS rule :

.avatar-image-container .avatar-hovercard img {
display: none;
}

.avatar-hovercard {
display: block;
width: 35px;
height: 35px;
background: transparent url(PATH TO YOUR ICON);
}

It seems to work fine on my blog

@clara ya giving no optin will still show blogger favicon but will not show profile pictures.To remove favicon there are some codes but messed up in comments so difficult to tell you as may be you would have removed them only.

No for followers widget you have to keep pictures.

Hello Anshul! ... just wanted to tell you that i fixed the problem by myself :-)

I was using the posted code in your post about the avatars/the post in »leblogger« the other way round and now I have a nice and clean looking comments-section, only type and no pictures!

But if you have a different solution, I am still very curiuos about it...
(I am not sure whats the time now where you are, I am writing from germany and so probably ist very different...)

but, there is another Problem, similar to the one before...

its about the »Followers-section«: I really like to have the more or less same design, also no Pictures, just the name, is ist possible??
